Paul McCartney opened his 2016 One on One Tour in Fresno, Calif., debuting a new set list that included a handful of songs being performed live for the first time.

The Beatles legend gave the crowd in Fresno, California, everything they had hoped for and more as he kicked off his world tour.PaulMcCarneyBanner_700px

And it wasn’t just the thousands of fans who were having the time of their lives.

“This is cool,” McCartney told them. “I just want to take a little minute to drink it in for myself.”  One of the shows highlights was a rousing rendition of A Hard Day’s Night.

This marked the first time McCartney had played the song as a solo artist — and the same held true for “Love Me Do,” which he worked in later in the evening.

Other new additions and returns included the Quarrymen song “In Spite of All the Danger,” which McCartney hadn’t played live in more than a decade; “You Won’t See Me,” making its live U.S. debut; and “The Fool on the Hill,” “Here, There and Everywhere,” “I’ve Got a Feeling” and “Letting Go,” all of which had been out of commission for years. You can check out the complete 38-song set list below.

McCartney continues adding dates to the One on One Tour, which is now booked through mid-August 2016. Visit McCartney’s official site for a complete list of dates and detailed ticketing information.paulmccartney_banner3_700px
